DIRT9 Baseball Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your DIRT9 gear. If you need to return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original tags attached. Personalized, customized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Contact DIRT9 with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Please allow reasonable processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact DIRT9 as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Because availability can change, we generally process returns and issue refunds rather than direct exchanges. A new order can be placed for the desired size or item.
