Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your DIRT9 gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have original tags attached. Personalized, customized, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, contact DIRT9 with your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or DIRT9 sent the wrong item.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a DIRT9 error or defective item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Unless otherwise agreed, DIRT9 generally processes returns as refunds rather than exchanges.
